NISRA is the principal source of official statistics and social research on Northern Ireland´s population and socio-economic conditions. The statistics produced by the Agency inform the policy process within Government, research within Academia and contribute to debate in the wider community. This site contains information about the role of the agency, the Northern Ireland Census, publications and press releases, and "Online Services" including a search of surveys and statistics on a variety of themes. Also included are links to the NI Longitudinal Survey, Spatial Deprivation, Neighbourhood Statistics and the 2001 Census.
